Terms &
Conditions.

These terms explain the main rules for booking CreatorFlow services, making payments, receiving work, requesting revisions and renting production equipment.

Effective from 21 July 2026 · Last updated 21 July 2026

Services and booking

CreatorFlow provides video editing, reels, motion graphics, content support, photography, videography, production, studio and equipment-rental services. Submitting a request does not confirm the project. A booking is confirmed only after CreatorFlow approves the request, confirms the scope, price and deadline, and receives any required advance.

Prices and payments

Website prices may be starting prices. The final amount depends on the project requirements and will be confirmed before work begins. Payments must be made only through the UPI, QR code or bank details supplied through an official CreatorFlow channel. Final or unwatermarked files may be held until full payment is received.

Cancellation and refunds

A request may be cancelled without charge before it is accepted. Once planning, editing, shooting, resource allocation or rental preparation has started, the advance and the amount covering completed work or third-party expenses may be non-refundable. If CreatorFlow cannot deliver an agreed service, a full or proportionate refund will be considered for the undelivered portion. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Revisions

Unless the selected package or quotation says otherwise, a project includes up to two reasonable revision rounds. A new concept, replacement of major footage, change of style, extra deliverables or work outside the approved brief may require an additional fee and extra delivery time.

Delivery and client delays

The delivery timeline starts after the required payment, complete files and clear instructions are received. A deadline may be extended when the client submits files, approvals or feedback late, changes the project scope or requests additional work. Clients should download and safely store delivered files because permanent storage is not guaranteed.

Client content and responsibility

The client must have permission to use all footage, music, logos, images, personal appearances and other material supplied to CreatorFlow. The client is responsible for checking names, spelling, claims and factual details before final approval. CreatorFlow may refuse unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing content.

Copyright and project files

After full payment, the client may use the final approved deliverables for the agreed purpose. Raw footage, editable project files, unused drafts, templates, presets, fonts, plugins and licensed third-party assets are not included unless confirmed in writing. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licences.

Portfolio permission

CreatorFlow may show completed public work in its portfolio, social pages, showreels and presentations. Clients who require confidentiality must request a written portfolio opt-out before work begins. Confidential or unreleased content will not knowingly be published without permission.

Production and rentals

Equipment or studio bookings may require identification, advance payment and a security deposit. The renter must return equipment on time and in the condition in which it was received. Late return, damage, theft, loss or misuse may result in additional charges, repair costs or full replacement cost. Exact equipment and condition should be recorded at handover.

No guaranteed performance

Creative and growth services do not guarantee views, followers, virality, revenue, sales, sponsorships or platform approval. Results depend on the content, audience, market and third-party platform algorithms.

Accounts and communication

Users must provide correct information and keep their login secure. Project status, deadlines, payment information, delivery links and official messages may be shared through the client portal. Spam, harassment, fraud or attempted misuse may result in suspension or termination.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Indian law. The parties should first try to resolve complaints directly and amicably. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Dhubri, Assam, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
